This past year has taught us to cherish our nearest and dearest in ways like never before. Family has become more important than ever. And it is in this spirit, that we strongly feel the timely need to focus and nurture the individual musicians of the Israel Philharmonic. Always. But now more than ever before.
By dedicating a Musician’s Chair you provide both the financial and human foundation necessary for the Orchestra’s today and tomorrow. Your support helps our musicians through this difficult time, maintains our Orchestra’s artistic excellence, and ensures that when the world re-opens, these superb artists, actively sought after by the world’s leading orchestras, remain in Israel, with us. This initiative also creates a special connection between you – our supporters, your passion for a specific instrument, the IPO musicians and the Israel Philharmonic’s rich legacy and vibrant future.
DONOR RECOGNITION
Donors of musician’s chairs will be part of the IPO’s Musicians Chair Circle, will be named in all concert programs and will be invited to an annual Zoom reception with the musicians. Donors will also have the opportunity to enjoy a unique orchestral experience by joining the musician on stage for a short symphonic or chamber rehearsal.
