Tal-Haim Samnon, born in Tel Aviv in 1986. From the age of six, he studied with Mrs. Hannah Shalgi at the Givatayim Conservatory. Graduate of the Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts. Served as an outstanding musician in the army. He completed his bachelor’s degree with honors under the guidance of Professor Arie Vardi at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music. Under the tutelage of Professor Evelyn Brankart, he completed the Artist Diploma degree at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. He has played as a soloist with many orchestras, including the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Zubin Mehta. Won many competitions.
Apart from his work as a pianist, he also composes and writes. His literary-musical work DE GA, which consists of 16 songs he wrote and composed, and which is linked by a poetic text he wrote, was performed twice and most recently at the Felicja Blumenthal Music Festival in the Zucker Hall of the Tel Aviv Hall of Culture, following which his book was published. Composed the poem “Eimat Harik” to the words of Tsvia Litevsky, three songs from Omri Livnat’s book “Malachi”, “Memory and Variations” for piano solo and “The Book of Esther” for orchestra, two-voice choir and singers. And a poem for Orchestra, choir and singers “the endless garden with the words of Ronen Israeli.
